this thanksgiving we had an iron chef style turkey battle between erin & reese vs. lance
we have recently moved to a rental property that has 2 ovens but they are very small...think easy bake style..so we had to make turkey breasts instead of whole turkeys this year...
erin & reese used a recipe from Rachel Ray...http://http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/rachael-ray/herb-roasted-turkey-breast-with-pan-gravy-recipe/index.html it was very moist and very tasty...YUM!
lance made a beautiful butterflied turkey breast filled with sausage, sage, and fennel..he had to baste with butter every 20 min...it was very pretty but still kinda dry...
